My journey in the world of arts and promotion has shaped my creative perspective and fueled my passion for connecting with audiences through innovative expressions.
Born an Artist
I have been surrounded by artists since my first breath. Authors, printmakers, painters, theatrical performers, and poets compose my family tree.
Since a child I yearned to be a well known artist.
Elementary school assignments became elaborate art projects, catching the eye of educators and family who urged me to go to art workshops. This opened a passion that could not be diminished.
My Story
Early Childhood
I was frequently taken to museums and artistic vendor events, where I found endless inspiration and a deep desire to pursue a future in art.
I frequently made personalized birthday cards better than anything you could find in a store
In elementary school, I participated in ceramic workshops and after-school art clubs that laid the foundation for my creativity. As I moved into middle school, classes refined my skills in painting, sculpting, and drawing, while also expanding my interest into film and other digital media
High School
I harnessed my creativity, and skills to serve my friends. I designed album covers, edited video projects, and even dove into marketing a student body election. These experiences taught me the value of collaboration and engagement. It's where my passion for helping others truly blossomed.
I enrolled in various creative classes including drawing, painting, Photoshop, and film. This diverse artistic background has been important in shaping my creative approach and problem-solving skills for everything in life.
College
I started off college as an art major engaged deeply in color theory, drawing, and art history.
Later, in my studies of communications, I concentrated on media and its impact on audiences. I explored how various forms of media influence viewer perceptions and behaviors.
I enrolled in a printmaking class, and with the skills I honed in communications studies, I partnered with a friend to launch a collaborative business, where we offered a range of clothing and collaborated with small businesses. On top of this I also helped create art and event posters to promote a friend in the live music industry.
Present Day
In addition to further studying communications and marketing, I am currently a marketing assistant at a sales firm. At the same time, I have extracurricular marketing projects, as well as an apprenticeship on the way. All this along with my expertise in the arts, shows I am well-equipped to develop effective/compelling advertising and marketing strategies for both small and large businesses.
I strive to continue growing and developing my artistic and professional skills in digital marketing.
This is my current focus and passion.
