I conducted a full-site SEO audit across all 17 pages; mapping keyword gaps, auditing backlinks, and identifying high-leverage fixes in title tags, alt text, and URL structure. I wrote and finalized 17 SEO-optimized meta descriptions tailored to search intent by page and persona. With this I built the framework into a reusable AI meta description generator.
Semrush Competitor Research
Ran a full competitor landscape analysis across direct and adjacent rental-industry sites, benchmarking organic traffic, backlink volume, and content strategy against well performing businesses. I used those findings to identify content gaps and positioning opportunities Brenden could own that his competitors weren't addressing.

Built the podcast from the ground up with a defined format designed for busy rental owners. I then established the full production pipeline using Riverside for recording/editing and Canva for thumbnail design. Posted on multiple platforms (Spotify, YouTube) with a documented, repeatable workflow so every episode ships consistently.
Keyword Research & Persona Mapping
Built out primary and long-tail keyword sets mapped to Brenden's 5 distinct client personas — from the Emerging Owner-Operator to the Exit-Aware Owner — based on the actual phrases each type searches when looking for help. Used that research to align page-by-page keyword targeting with real search intent, rather than generic industry terms.
Systemized Documentation & Handoff
I built detailed step-by-step process documentation, complete with screenshots and written instructions, for every repeatable workflow. This included meta description generation, image compression, podcast editing, thumbnail creation, and publishing. I also created ready-to-use LLM prompt scripts loaded with brand and business context, so Brenden's team can generate on-brand, tailored content long after our engagement ends.
Backlink Strategy & Audit
I audited Brenden's existing backlink profile, flagging spam-linked domains that were hurting SEO standing and identifying which links were passing real authority versus dead weight. Then I built out a forward strategy, round-up posts, broken link outreach, and guest posting opportunities, to grow high-quality backlinks within the rental industry ecosystem.
